Narcotic medicines are medicinal products and pharmaceutical substances containing narcotic drugs and included in the List of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Precursors Thereof, which are subject to control in the Russian Federation in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and international treaties of the Russian Federation, including, but not limited to the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, 1961
